Collect and redeem points

When do my points fall?

The points have no expiry date. Only with rewards and goodies can there be an expiry date.

Can I add points?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add points through purchases in the past.

What happens when I cancel an order?

In the event of a cancellation, the credited points will be deducted from your points account. If you have used a discount code, it will not be re -exhibited.

Can I transfer my points to another account?

A transfer between customer accounts is unfortunately not possible

Frequent questions from our customers

My birthday points are not credited. Why is that?

The birthday points are credited on her birthday (not when entering the birthday date).

Please note that the points can only be credited if the date has been stored there a month before your birthday. If the range is shorter than 30 days, the points will unfortunately not be credited until next year. This serves to prevent possible abuse of the premium program by specifying a wrong birthday to get additional points.

My points for Facebook, Instagram & YouTube are not displayed. Why not?

To get your points for a like or a subscription, log into your customer account and click on the "ClubStatus" field. Now go to the orange button "Redeem points".

Now a pop-up opens with the help of the arrow at the top left. Now press "Collect points" and choose the social platform that you want to follow via the respective orange button.

Can I use a discount code and a club discount at the same time?

Only a discount code can be applied per order.
