1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

If you pay by EPS or ideal, you will give us the authorization to charge the full invoice amount, including the incurred delivery and shipping costs, when you are due to the relevant credit card company/bank. In this case, the burden is initiated with the order confirmation. In the event of a recognized revocation, the amount incurred will be credited to your credit card account.
6. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible with the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and its enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims towards the carrier or transport insurance.
7. Warranty and guarantees
With regard to the guarantee, the legal provisions apply, insofar as nothing deviating has been agreed.
The limitation period for the claims from the liability for material defects is 24 months and begins with the handover of the purchased item to the customer.
In the case of used items, the warranty period is different from the legal regulation one year from the delivery of the goods.
